Sunday, November 29th, 2009The Niles Public Library is decreasing its tax levy in 2010. The library’s board of trustees voted Wednesday, Nov. 18, for a property tax levy of $6,519,578 next year. That’s down from $6,618,715 in 2009. That represents a 1.5% decrease.
