Library expansion project officially under way (Scottsbluff Star-Herald)

Library staff, board members, foundation members, city leaders and architects cheerfully tossed shovelfuls of dirt Tuesday to celebrate construction beginning at the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library. A ceremonial groundbreaking kicked off the start of construction for the $4.1 million project.
